2. Account & Profile

How do I change my username?

How do I create a post?

What are Stories?

Stories are temporary posts that disappear after 24 hours. They're perfect for:

You can see who viewed your story, and stories are visible to all your followers.

How does the marketplace work?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll keep all premium features until then, and your account will revert to the free plan afterward.

Do I lose my data if I cancel Premium?

No! You never lose your data when you cancel:

  • Your account and profile stay intact
  • Only premium features (like AI coaching) will be disabled

Is there a free trial?

When you block someone, they won't be able to see your posts, message you, or find your profile. You also won't see their content.

How do I report inappropriate content?

To report content or users:

  1. Click the three dots menu (⋯) on the post, comment, or profile
  2. Select "Report"
  3. Choose the reason for reporting
  4. Add any additional details
  5. Submit your report

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action.

Who can see my posts?

You control who sees your content:

  • Public: Anyone can see your posts
  • Followers Only: Only people who follow you can see your posts
  • Private Account: Only approved followers can see your posts
  • Specific People: You can choose specific people to share with
